Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and us, the provider of InOrbit (identified at the end of these Terms), governing your use of the app. By downloading or using InOrbit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use InOrbit.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use InOrbit on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial relationship-management use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

InOrbit offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g. Plus and Pro). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security; access the service in an automated or abusive way; use InOrbit for unlawful purposes; or submit content you have no right to process. You are responsible for the information you enter about other people and for having any consent required by applicable law before doing so.

5. AI features — no guarantees

AI-generated suggestions and drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are provided to assist you, not as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you rely on or send it.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in InOrbit. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the features you use (for example, transmitting a request to an AI provider to generate a response). We do not claim ownership of your CRM data.

7. Intellectual property

InOrbit, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or to copy or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers

InOrbit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of InOrbit.

10. Termination

You may stop using InOrbit at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Apple App Store

This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for InOrbit or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for InOrbit. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to InOrbit, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using InOrbit. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
